Privacy policy
This page describes how zeino.tv ("the site") handles information from visitors.
What we collect
- Email address and message content — when you email us (zeino@zeinotv.com) with an episode URL or inquiry.
- Anonymous analytics — Google Analytics 4 records page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location (city-level) to help us understand how the site is used. No personally identifying information is collected by GA4.
- Cookies — a single GA4 cookie (`_ga`) persists analytics identity for up to 2 years. No other tracking cookies are set by this site.
What we do with it
- Email content is used only to respond to you and to produce your episode cut. We do not sell, share, or use your email for any other purpose.
- Analytics data is aggregated and used to understand traffic patterns. It is not tied to your identity.
What we don't do
- No marketing lists — we do not subscribe you to anything when you email us.
- No third-party ad tracking — no Facebook Pixel, no ad platforms.
- No reselling — we do not share your email or information with any third party.
Data retention
Emails are kept until the project is complete plus a reasonable follow-up window (typically 90 days). Analytics data is retained per GA4 defaults (14 months) and then automatically purged.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing zeino@zeinotv.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Requests are honored within 30 days.
