What we do
We take a long-form podcast (2+ hours, audio or video) and cut it into a 20-minute narrative YouTube video. Paid per-episode, flat rate agreed in writing before starting.
Ownership
- You own the final deliverable. Full rights to the 20-minute cut we produce for you — copyright, distribution, monetization, all of it.
- You own the source material you send us. We never republish, redistribute, or use your raw episodes for anything other than producing your deliverable.
- White-label. No "Zeino" watermark, credit, or branding appears on the deliverable unless you explicitly ask for one.
How it works
- You send us a YouTube URL or raw files.
- We deliver a first cut within 1-2 weeks. Revisions land within 3-5 business days.
- You review. We revise until you're happy — no revision cap.
- No contract. No minimum. Per-episode invoicing. Stop anytime.
Payment
Paid per episode, flat rate, invoiced on delivery. Net-14 standard. Wire, Stripe, or PayPal accepted. Late fees apply after 30 days at 1.5%/month.
Confidentiality
We treat unreleased raw episodes as confidential by default. If your content is under embargo, guest-approval, or NDA, tell us upfront and we will sign whatever paperwork you need. No exceptions.
What we won't do
- Misrepresent a guest's position or quote them out of context.
- Add false claims or fabricated data to a cut.
- Publish or share your material anywhere without your written consent.
Liability
Service is provided "as is". We're not liable for performance of the final video on YouTube (view counts, algorithm behavior, etc.) — those are outside anyone's control. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid for the specific episode in question.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first — most issues resolve in one conversation. Jurisdiction for any formal dispute: Delaware, United States (or your jurisdiction if you're an institutional client with a standard vendor agreement — we can sign that instead).
